The Welsh Wildlife Centre plays host to an array of exciting activities this summer holiday with a rolling programme of events happening across six weeks, with a different activity happening each weekday! Activities take place from Monday 23 July until Friday 31 August with two sessions - one at 11am and one at 2pm.
Every Monday, get active outdoors and have a go at some shelter building with our new People & Wildlife Officer, Gretchen.
Discover what lies beneath the surface of the water in our pond dipping sessions on Tuesdays. Please note that due to the hot weather, we may have to revert to an alternative activity depending on the water level of the pond!
On Wednesday, go on a mini-beast safari and discover a fascinating world of bugs, creepy crawlies and insects.
Thursdays and Fridays are our 'arts & crafts' days, where you can paint a ladybird home on the Thursday or paint a toadstool bird feeder on the Friday.
Outdoor activities are £3 per child, and the painting activities are £4 per child. Booking is recommended for all activities, please call 01239 621600 to reserve spaces.
