At Glance Welsh Wildlife Centre 2014

We have many events planned for 2014 at the Welsh Wildlife Centre –  we haven’t got all of these in our events calendar but we do have a list as of 20/12

For the first time The Glass House Café will Open on New Year’s Day January 1st from 10.30am to 3pm.

  • February 24th – 28th – Half Term Events

    • Monday: Help to build a Minibeast Mansion: 12pm onwards (drop in session)

    • Tuesday: Birds of Prey : 2pm-4pm

    • Wednesday: Arts N Crafts: 11am-1pm & 2pm-4pm

    • Thursday: Meet some Ferrets: 2pm-4pm

  • March 8/9th Introduction to Bee Keeping (Day1) /Intermediate Bee Keeping (Day 2). 9.30am to 4.30pm.

  • May 4th – Dawn Chorus led by Mike Snow. 4am.

  • May 7th – Introduction to Wildlife Gardening. 9.30am to 4pm. Course Tutor: Angie Polkey.

  • May 11th – Photography Workshop. 10am to 4pm. Course Tutor: Andy Davies

  • July 5th – Mini Habitats for the Wildlife Garden. Morning: Woody Wildlife Wonders – Trees & Shrubs in the Wildlife Garden. Afternoon: Adding Value to your Wildlife Garden 9.30am to 4.30pm.
