Ceredigion Reserves Officer

The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales is seeking to recruit a part-time Reserves Officer in Ceredigion.

We are looking for an energetic and practical person to deliver nature reserve management and volunteer engagement in Ceredigion. The post will be responsible for recruiting and supervising volunteers, habitat management, ecological surveys, engaging with partners and delivering funding commitments (including Glastir) as appropriate.

Salary: £18,000 pro rata

Location: Based from home, or the Welsh Wildlife Centre (Cilgerran)

Hours: 3.5 days per week (precise days to be agreed) with some evening / weekend work. Flexi/ TOIL offered.

Deadline: Sunday 28 July (midnight). Shortlisting will take place the same week; if you have not heard from us by Friday 2 August, please assume you have not been successful. Interviews will take place at the Welsh Wildlife Centre on Tuesday 6 August 2019. We regret we cannot reimburse candidates for the cost of travel to interview.
