Co-op Welsh Wildlife Heroes

WWH_Partner_Logo_FinalWildlife is still vanishing from Wales, but with your help we can stop this.

Have you ever wondered what happens to all those five pences that we pay when we’ve forgotten our shopping bags? In Wales, all branches of The Co-operative donate the single-use carrier bag charge to Wildlife Trusts Wales so that we can continue our work to protect wildlife for the future.

Our Welsh Wildlife Heroes campaign is all about doing your bit for wildlife in Wales. Make a pledge to feed birds in your garden or plant wildflowers. Or if you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, build (or buy) a bird or bat box to provide a home – or dig a pond! Take a look at our handy fact sheets on our wildlife gardening page and you’ll see how easy it is to do do something for wildlife today.

And remember, you can help nature anywhere: whether that’s your garden, the school yard or your place of work.

Whatever you choose to do, get in touch and let us know how you’re getting on.

To make a pledge, simply complete our form or visit your nearest Co-operative store or us here at the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales.

You can pledge to…

Feed the Birds

Dig a Pond

Provide a Home for Wildlife
