How to apply to be short term volunteer?
The Trust operates a recruitment and selection process for the Skomer volunteering opportunities. As well as people’s practical and conservation skills we will also take into account knowledge of the island and, where multiple applications are equal in merit, we will select Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales members as a way of saying thank you for your support. Applicants can indicate their preferred weeks and can volunteer from one to three weeks.
All applicants should complete the application form:
Please email completed forms to Skomer Assistant, on firstname.lastname@example.org (applications by post cannot be taken into consideration). The closing date is 1 October 2017 and successful applicants will be informed by end of October. If you are unsure whether your application was successful please get in touch as we only inform successful applicants.
Please do not send letters or CVs as only the application form will be considered.
