We've partnered with Make a Will Online and the National Free Wills Network to make writing a Will as straightforward as possible. Whether you want to write a Will online or face-to-face, all Wills are checked by a qualified solicitor. Our free Will writing offer is valid until 30th September 2026. There is no obligation to include a gift in your Will order to use these services, but we hope that you will consider us.

Through our partnership with Make a Will Online, you can create a legally valid Will at a time that suits you, for free. Every Will is reviewed by a fully qualified solicitor, with the option to ask legal questions throughout the process. Your Will benefits from free access to Capacity Vault, which provides additional reassurance by helping protect your wishes from future challenges.

National Free Wills Network 

Thanks to our membership of the National Free Wills Network, you have the opportunity to have your Will written by a solicitor based in your local area. Simply click the link below to complete a short form and you will be sent the details of your closest participating solicitors. You can then book an appointment with them to write or update your simple Will for free.

Whether you choose to make a free Will online or with a solicitor, we are covering the cost of a limited amount of simple Wills to be written. If you have a complex estate, we would always recommend visiting a solicitor in person. You could use the National Free Wills Network as indicated above and pay for any additional services, or find a solicitor via The Law Society.
