The post holder is responsible for the delivery of reserves management and wider countryside activities in this area. This post has overall responsibility for delivery of reserves-based projects and Trust work liaising with partners where relevant and contributing towards our ambitious vision for nature’s recovery.
To line-manage and support the conservation staff in the above areas
To work with the other Reserves Managers to be a lead for reserves management; advising on matters related to managing nature reserves across WTSWW, to ensure our nature reserves showcase our conservation work whilst complying with all appropriate legal and organisational requirements and procedures.
As part of the Conservation Team, promoting our conservation work, championing the intrinsic importance of wildlife and demonstrating the relevance of our work to the climate and ecological crises.
