The post is for a 35-hour week, requiring flexibility to work some evenings and weekends if needed (we operate a flexible working system).
Salary is £19,000. The post is subject to a 6-month probation period. A stakeholder pension is available.
Working Base is at WTSWW’s Head Office, Bridgend with some home-working / flexible hours allowed. Home-working at the moment.
Annual leave starts at 20 days per year with another day for every year worked, up to a maximum of 25 days plus any additional leave days granted at the discretion of the Trustees.
The post holder will be required to follow organisational policies and procedures as laid down in the Staff Handbook, Health and Safety Handbook and by the Board of Trustees.
