Description

Have a Whale of a Time with us on the first Sunday in October at the Wildlife Trust’s Wildlife Watch Group. Learn all about the mysterious whales of the world, listen to sounds they create and discover how large they can be from the smallest minke whale to the biggest blue whale! Check out different whale skulls, teeth and baleen plates and take part in a whale quiz. Then head out to the harbour wall to search for some whales yourself – look out for flukes and fins popping out of the sea. Finish off the morning with some whale themed arts and crafts including clay whales, a paper plate whale and egg carton cetaceans.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and we ask for a £2 donation for this event.

Booking is essential, please call 01545560224 or email info@cbmwc.org to book your place and avoid disappointment as we only have a limited capacity.
