CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS: Sturdy footwear i.e. wellies as we will be walking through wet meadows. Weather appropriate clothing.
DESCRIPTION: This weekend the UK Wildlife Trusts are celebrating ‘Our Meadow Wildlife’. Here at Parc Slip Nature Reserve, we will be holding a Wildflower Walk through the wildflower meadows that are usually closed to the public, and around the rest of the reserve. Come along and discover the beautiful wildflowers that can be found at Parc Slip.
ACCESSIBILITY AND CONDITIONS: This walk will be approximately 2km long, and will be over flat ground avoiding stiles. We will stay mainly on hard tracks but will go into some rough fields and may go down some rough or gravel paths. We will be walking slowly as we will be on the lookout for Parc Slip’s beautiful wildflowers.
