A joint meeting with the Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales, Plantlife and BSBI at the Wildlife Trust’s Parc Slip Nature Reserve. The aim is to introduce beginners to wild flower families, and to see some species in the field. The morning’s indoor theory presentation will be held at the reserve’s Visitor Centre near Tondu (Map ref. SS881 844). In the afternoon we will visit Cefn Cribwr meadows (SS854 834), to see plants in the wild.
Meet at Parc Slip Visitor Centre at the Reserve for a 10.00 am start with a projected end time of 4.00pm. This is a training day by courtesy of the Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales. There is no charge but donations to the Trust on the day [£15 is suggested] will be welcomed.
