Description: A new movement & exercise class is starting on Wednesday mornings at WWC.



Would you like to:
• have more vitality?
• have fewer aches and pains?
• strengthen your back?
• take more control over your own health & wellbeing?
• feel less stressed and laugh a bit more?

If your answer is ‘YES’ to any of these questions, then do come along and try it out for yourself. The movements are designed to bring ease and flow into all parts of the body and to improve health, vitality and longevity. These exercises and methods have been proven over thousands of years’ use in China. The movements (‘forms’) are safe, simple and feel good to do.
