Join the Powys wildlife trusts for a celebration of Local Wildlife Sites and our ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ project.
This event is being held at RWT’s Gilfach Nature Reserve, near Rhayader, in conjunction with Radnorshire Wildlife Trust and The Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales, partners on the Where the Wild Things Are project.
11am Introduction and plant identification and surveying
11.30 guided walk (Habitats)
1pm guided walk (Conservation Grazing)
Afternoon sessions include BIS biological records Centre recording, Solitary bees and Wasps
Apx 14.30 Walk / session looking at moths, herpetiles and ponds!
