There are great professional and amateur ecologists out there in the community who have ideas for really good projects. Turning these ideas into a ‘Plan’ that funders and insurers will embrace is another thing, many great projects fail through lack of understanding the dark arts. Lets go through a real or imaginary project idea and write it up in such a way as to attract funders, maximise interest and recognise safety issues.
Keith is a Project Development Manager for Staffordshire Wildlife Trust and a Chartered H&S Adviser, supporting a number of Wildlife Trusts across the UK, including South & West Wales.
