Join us for a walk and talk led by Mark Steer, local expert on the coal mining history of the nature reserve. We will be learning about Brynna and Llanharan’s rich mining heritage and about the industry that used to occur on the site.

Meeting Place: Meet near the Naturally Woodlands housing estate, off Brynna road. Nearest postcode: CF72 9ZR.

Clothing Requirements: Sturdy footwear and weather appropriate clothing.

Accessibility: We will mostly be sticking to the paths but may walk through woodland in places, where the ground may be rough and uneven.

Price: Suggested donation of £2 which will go towards the conservation work of the Wildlife Trust.
