Join our workparty to help remove the beautiful yet invasive Himalayan balsam (Impatiens glandulifera)

Himalayan balsam is a large annual plant native to the Himalayas, humans have introduced it across much of the Northern Hemisphere and is now considered an invasive species in Britain.

In the morning we will be pulling this invasive species, in the afternoon will be counting and recording species of Orchids in one of the fields on Ystradfawr, last year we counted over 1000 orchids in flower !
