28/09/13 – Bottlenose dolphins and an Atlantic Grey seal

Two Bottlenose dolphins; one calf

There were no sightings until an hour into the survey when two Bottlenose dolphins were spotted; a mother and calf were seen travelling past the harbour wall, possible searching for prey on the move. They were seen during two survey intervals before then leaving again. At the end of the survey a female Atlantic Grey Seal was observed also in front of the harbour wall.
