2hr survey. Start time 12:45
Weather conditions: sea state 2-3, visibility >10km, light to moderate swell
Four bottlenose dolphins and one grey seal

To start off this survey a bottlenose dolphin sighting occurred while still in the harbour- two individuals were seen travelling north-west in the general direction of the fish factory. They were first spotted very close to the boat, coming within 50 metres of Sulaire. The second sighting was about an hour into the survey when an Atlantic grey seal was seen bottling in the sea. In the last 15 minutes of the survey another two sightings occurred. Each was a solitary bottlenose dolphin, the first heading west very close to the boat, and the second heading south west which was further away.
