2 hour survey, start time 09:00
Weather conditions: Sunny, sea state 1-2, wind SW
Seven bottlenose dolphins and one Atlantic grey seal

Dolphins were only seen in the first hour of the survey. One bottlenose dolphin was sighted travelling into the harbour from around the corner of the fish factory that then joined a group of three dolphins who were seen chasing fish at the surface. The group of four continued to forage near the fish factory whilst another group of three dolphins were seen leaping and lunging further offshore in the distance. An hour into the survey, the group of four slowly made their way back around the corner of the fish factory, leaping long the way. One female Atlantic grey seal was seen right up to the harbour wall throughout all dolphin sightings.
