Six bottlenose dolphins and one Atlantic grey seal

The survey began with one bottlenose dolphin foraging in front of the harbour wall and one adult and one calf leaping and lunging by the fish factory. They were then joined by two more dolphins that began foraging in front of the harbour wall. By 11.45 six dolphins were sighted, all foraging across the bay. At 12.00 one of the six dolphins began leaping. At 12.15 we lost sight of three dolphins, leaving two foraging north of the harbour wall and one foraging by the cardinal buoy. The survey finished with two dolphins foraging north of the harbour wall and an Atlantic grey seal seen in the water next to them.
