One harbour porpoise and two bottlenose dolphins
Roughly an hour into the survey, a lone harbour porpoise was observed travelling in a north-easterly direction. At the end of the survey, a pair of bottlenose dolphins was observed milling about at the surface and foraging.

Four bottlenose dolphins and two Atlantic grey seals
At the beginning of the survey, a pair of bottlenose dolphins was sighted near the boat, travelling across the bay. A lone Atlantic grey seal was spotted in the water about 15 minutes later. Over the next half an hour, a variety of birds (gannets, guillemots, herring gulls, kittiwakes, black backed gulls, fulmars, Canada geese) were sighted, with some observed displaying lots of activity, including diving into the water. In the last half an hour of the survey, a lone female Atlantic grey seal was sighted in the water, followed shortly by a sightings of a pair of foraging bottlenose dolphins.
