19/09/14: Bottlenose dolphins & Atlantic grey seal

Weather conditions: sunny/fair/overcast, sea state 2/3, wind E/SE

A mother and calf were seen travelling and foraging together, and were later joined by a foraging individual. They were present throughout the whole of the two hour survey.

Weather conditions: overcast/rain, sea state 2, wind E/SE

Two bottlenose dolphins were seen foraging and travelling near to the fish factory at the start of the survey.

Weather conditions: sunny/overcast, sea state 2, wind N/NE

Two dolphins were seen foraging and moved out of the survey area. An Atlantic grey seal was seen around 1400, near to the fish factory.

A mother and calf bottlenose dolphin group were seen for the majority of the survey foraging near the fish factory. An individual dolphin later joined them, also foraging.

Weather conditions: sunny, sea state 1, wind SE

Three dolphins were recorded milling at the surface, and were later joined by 2 individuals. The five dolphins were seen around the fish factory for the remainder of the survey.
