The individuals within the harbour then moved around to the north of the harbour wall towards the end of the first half of the survey and were seen travelling North West towards the fish factory. Two individuals were then spotted close to the end of the harbour wall mingling at the surface and leaping before no individuals were seen for the remainder of the survey.

Eight bottlenose dolphins and one Atlantic grey seal

An Atlantic grey seal was seen at the beginning of the survey north of the harbour wall swimming in the water. Six bottlenose dolphins were then spotted taking long dives and travelling east. It is thought that these individuals then split up and two were seen within the harbour and four were seen just off the end of the harbour wall milling at the surface. During the second half of the survey four individuals were seen surfacing regularly, lunging foraging and jumping just north east of the end of the harbour wall. These individuals were joined by three more individuals, joining in with the jumping and leaping behaviours that were being displayed and these behaviours were shown until the end of the survey.

Three bottlenose dolphins

One bottlenose dolphin was seen just left of the cardinal buoy taking long dives. This individual was then joined by two more and then no sightings were recorded for the rest of the survey.
