05/08/2016: Seventeen bottlenose dolphins and 2 Atlantic grey seals

Twelve bottlenose dolphins and two Atlantic grey seals

Leaving the harbour an adult and juvenile dolphin were both seen foraging in the bay, with two more dolphins were also seen foraging just around the headland . Offshore from Aberporth, four adult and two calves were seen bow riding and socialising. Further up the coastline, just before Cwmtydu two adult grey seals were seen in the water. Then at the end of the trip two more dolphins were spotted foraging in New Quay Bay.

Near the end of this trip, re-entering New Quay bay, four adult bottlenose dolphins were spotted with leaping, tail slapping, foraging and travelling observed.
