Three bottlenose dolphins and an Atlantic grey seal

15 minutes into the survey, an Atlantic grey seal was seen close to the harbour. Near the end of the survey, three bottlenose dolphins were seen foraging close to the cardinal buoy, before travelling west towards the fish factory.

One Atlantic grey seal

An Atlantic grey seal was spotted travelling quickly from the harbour wall towards the fish factory.

Two bottlenose dolphins

Two dolphins were spotted travelling north-west from close to the harbour wall towards the fish factory and were quickly hidden by the headland.

Five bottlenose dolphins

A mother and calf were seen from the beginning of the survey, and were believed to be foraging. By the end of the survey, these two individuals were joined by a further three dolphins who were also foraging.

One bottlenose dolphin and an Atlantic grey seal

An Atlantic grey seal believed to be a male was seen close to the harbour for a period of time midway through the survey. In the final 15 minutes, a bottlenose dolphin was seen in the harbour travelling east towards the reef.
