Weather conditions: Overcast/rain to fair, sea state 2, wind direction SE/S
9 bottlenose dolphins

2 hr survey. Start time 11.00
Weather conditions: Overcast/sunny, sea state 2-3, wind direction S/SW

2 hr survey. Start time 13.00
Weather conditions: Fair/sunny/overcast, sea state 1, wind direction SW
10 bottlenose dolphins

The same 4/5 bottlenose dolphins were spotted throughout the survey, initially in separate groups of ½ individuals. At the end of the survey a group of five dolphins were seen leaping and foraging together, however it was unclear whether they were the same dolphins as earlier in the survey. The dolphins were primarily seen milling and foraging at the surface, as well as leaping and tail slapping later on in the survey.

2 hr survey. Start time 15.00
Weather conditions: overcast/sunny, sea state 1-2, wind directions S/SW
12 bottlenose dolphins

6 dolphins were seen in the first 15 of this survey, 5 were the same as the previous survey and another individual was spotted by the cardinal buoy. The dolphins stayed throughout the survey showing a variety of leaping and foraging behaviours. The dolphins were spotted primarily by the fish factor, and stayed quite far from the harbour throughout the survey.

2 hr survey. Start time 17.00
Weather conditions: fair, sea state 2, wind direction SW
4 bottlenose dolphins

Four bottlenose dolphins were seen throughout the survey, they were four of the same dolphins from the previous survey. The dolphins were primarily spotted around the fish factory either leaping, tail slapping or travelling in either a group of 4 or 2 groups of 2.
