Two bottlenose dolphins and one Atlantic grey seal

There were not many sightings of marine mammals on our all day survey. About halfway through the survey, two bottlenose dolphins were seen foraging and slowly travelling in an easterly direction off the coast of Tywyn. Furthermore, one female Atlantic grey seal was spotted bottling in the water off the coast of Llanddeiniol in the evening. Many bird species were however observed, including flocks of gannets, manx shearwater, kittiwakes, choughs, and fulmars. Behaviours seen ranged from diving and rafting, to travelling. Moreover, a barrel jellyfish was sighted a few miles of the coast of Aberaeron in the morning.
