Four Bottlenose Dolphins, one Atlantic grey seal.

Four bottlenose dolphins were seen for the entirety of the survey foraging between the cardinal buoy, fish factory and harbour wall, occasionally travelling whilst looking for food and also leaping and lunging at the surface. One Atlantic Grey seal was also seen in front of the harbour wall.

Five Bottlenose Dolphins.

Dolphins were seen for the entirety of this survey also foraging in a wide area between cardinal buoy, fish factory and harbour wall. More leaping and lunging behaviour was seen on this survey and the total number of dolphins present in the survey area built to five during this survey.

Weather conditions; sunny / rain / overcast / dull; Sea state: 1: Wind direction: S
Six Bottlenose dolphins.

A total of six dolphins were seen during this survey, again foraging between the cardinal buoy, fish factory and harbour wall. A lot of travelling behaviour was seen in this survey with the dolphins sweeping across the area west and east, thought to be searching for food whilst on the move. Towards the end of the survey the dolphins seems to be travelling further out and to the edge of our survey area.

Weather conditions; sunny / overcast / dull / rain; Sea state: 1-2: Wind direction: SW
One Bottlenose dolphins.

No dolphins were seen during this survey until 90 minutes in when a lone adult dolphin was seen foraging very close to the fish factory.
