Green Connections Powys is a collaborative Wildlife Trusts project across Powys working with community groups, small businesses, landowners and local councils to take action to address climate change and biodiversity loss and create a nature recovery network across the county.

As well as working towards overall Living Landscapes and Living Seas, we lead on a variety of partnership projects across south and west Wales. From species reintroductions, tackling invasive non-native species, community nature restoration and more.

Over recent days, the UK Government has launched an attack on nature, weakening the laws that protect our wildlife and making a U-turn on manifesto promises to be the greenest Government ever: reversing reforms to farming and making energy decisions that will worsen climate change.
