Daeth Natur Drws Nesaf cymunedau Abertawe ynghyd i helpu byd natur! Dros gyfnod o ddwy flynedd ein nod oedd creu gweithredu cymunedol cynaliadwy ac effeithiol dros fywyd gwyllt yn Abertawe - gan rymuso pobl leol trwy drefnu cymunedol.

We manage 110 nature reserves covering 2,007 hectares around Brecknock, Carmarthenshire,  Ceredigion, Glamorgan, and Pembrokeshire.

From visiting a nature reserve to joining a guided walk, volunteering or fundraising, there are loads of ways you can get outside and help look after yourself, experience local wildlife and work to help nature.
