How to book 2026 overnight stays
With nearly 350,000 breeding pairs of Manx Shearwaters, over 40,000 Puffins, thousands of Guillemots, Razorbills and Kittiwakes and hundreds of Fulmars, Skomer is an internationally important seabird island.
It is located less than a mile off the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast making it a great place to visit for the day or stay overnight.

**Booking update 20.11.25 - There is now no availability in May and June 2026. In April, there are only some rooms available before 13th April. In July, there is no availability until 28th July.**

Want to explore Skomer on one of our events? From celebrating shearwaters to art and yoga, we have something for everyone.
Keen to land your own boat? You are able to land on Skomer 10:00am - 12:30pm and 14:30pm - 17:00pm, Tuesday - Sunday, from April to September. Please note that in September we are also closed to all day visitors and private landers on Fridays. No landings can take place from October to April.

Commercial Trips
From 2026, we will no longer be allowing overnight commercial trips to Skomer Island.
However, you are free to bring paying guests on day trips. There is no priority booking for these and day trips can be booked from 1st December.
Parties of 6 and under can be booked online at Pembrokeshire Islands. Groups of over 6 must be booked with Pembrokeshire Islands over the phone.
