Members live not only in SW Wales, but all over the British Isles and beyond, drawn together by a love of island environments and a wish both to support and to find out more about our island reserves of Skomer and Skokholm. We raise money to give direct to the islands, issue Islands News twice a year and hold an Annual Reunion in February each year, near Cheltenham. At this the wardens give illustrated reports, visiting speakers lecture on current research or about other islands and you can meet and enthuse with like-minded people (and the food’s good, too!). We are currently engaged on a programme of work to repair and restore the very special buildings on Skokholm.
