About the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales

The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales manages around 90 wildlife reserves from Cardiff to Aberystwyth, including the stunning island reserves of Skokholm and Skomer. We stand up for wildlife and make it as accessible as possible for everyone. As a charity we are reliant on our members, donations, legacies and grants to continue our work.

Badger appeal fundraiser

Thanks to all who attended this fundraiser, over £7,000 has been raised so far and other bids are still coming in.

The fight against the badger cull in Pembrokeshire

The Badger Trust appeal against the Welsh Assembly Government has been successful and the TB Eradication (Wales) Order 2009 has been quashed. Read more or explore why we oppose badger culling.
