Roughly half an hour into the survey, one Atlantic grey seal was spotted bottling in the water 50 metres from the boat.

Half an hour into the survey, a peregrine falcon was sighted flying and resting above the cliffs. About half an hour later, a large group of roughly 15 gannets was spotted hovering and diving, indicating foraging in a small area of the water, followed shortly by a sighting of a nesting colony of roughly 200 guillemots on the cliffs. Towards the end of the survey, a lone Atlantic grey seal was sighted in the water.

Four bottlenose dolphins and three Atlantic grey seals

Shortly into the survey, a pair of foraging bottlenose dolphins was sighted alongside a large amount of gannets. This was followed by another pair of foraging bottlenose dolphins, also foraging with gannets alongside. Half an hour later, three lone seals, two female, were sighted. One was seen hauled out on the rocks, one seen bottling in the water, with the third seen in the water nearer to the boat.
