Rob Parry MSc MIEEM, head of consultancy
Rob holds the post of Conservation Manager with the Wildlife Trust (Cardiff, Bridgend, Valleys, and Vale) and heads up our consultancy team. Rob has ten years experience working in conservation and ecological consultancy in Wales. He holds a number of licenses to undertake ecological survey work including all Welsh mammals and herpetiles.

Dr Lizzie Wilberforce, ecologist
Lizzie also holds the post of Conservation Manager with the Wildlife Trust (Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot). She has ten years of experience of managing nature reserves and fifteen of ecological surveying, writing management plans and advising on land management in a variety of sectors.

Vaughn Matthews MSc AIEEM, ecologist
Vaughn holds the post of Conservation Officer with the Wildlife Trust. He has spent the last three years with the Trust undertaking full time ecological surveys across Wales, specialising in water vole and brown hare. He is also a wildlife photographer.
