Welcome sign in car park at Martin's Haven
New signs have been made including a new Welcome sign situated in the National Trust car park at Martin's Haven which gives a flavour of the area.

There is a new sign on the wall leading down to the boat embarkation point giving information about Skomer.
On Skomer Island itself there is a new interpretation area at the end of the refurbished barn in the farmhouse complex in the middle fo the island. These tell you more about the island and its wildlife.
On the end wall of the barn Jane Matthews (author of the book 'Skomer, Portrait of a Welsh Island') has painted a mural depicting the island and its inhabitants.

There is also a live webcam into a Shearwater burrow so you can see what really goes on in their underground nests
