The cafe team leader will lead the cafe team on duty days when the Chef and Front of House Manager are absent. They will be responsible for the cafe seating area and counter, be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, oversee the efficient and economic production of quality food, organise and control the efficient and economic production of quality drinks and beverages (the last two within the agreed budget), and ensure that front of house staff deliver a high standard of customer service.
Position available 26 March to 4 November 2012 in the Glasshouse Cafe, Welsh Wildlife Centre, Cilgerran.
Rate of pay £6.50 per hour. Hours per week are 26, four out of seven days including weekend and bank holiday working. Some occasional evenings.
